I was showing off for my wife and changed the template. Lost shout out again! I'm getting good at setting it up.

Shout Out is back and that's what I feel like doing trying to read this 5th Discipline book. I think that with a good editor these guys could have said it all in 200 pages. With a really good editor about a page and a half. I'm on page 321 (just threw that in to show off!) and I don't remember a thing except the sentence on page 307 about transforming schools in Memphis (where Dr. E came from, right?) Anyway about 2/3 of the way down the page there's a sentence that reads: "No teacher was left untouched." Sounds like an interesting transformative experience to me! Only in Memphis?
How about now?
Is the shout out on?
Where is the shout out? It must have go lost on the way to the archives. I'll try it again if I can remeber how.
Cynthia!!!
Yes I did take the laptop and I actually used it. Finished Katharine's last assignment today and faxed it in. My stupid APA template won't allow you to send a document electronically (or maybe I just can't figure it out). Yes, on to reading Fifth Business. No Fifth Discipline... what ever. I fell asleep on it twice already and I just got it from the library this AM.
As far as making road I didn't get much beyond the title other than to pick up the general theme of the book which was comparing poverty/literacy issues between the Southern states and South America. I like saying Paulo Freire out loud though, kind of like Foucault or galoshes.
Think I'll head to the Wpg folk festival get myself back to the garden. Anybody else in?
