Director, Campus Manitoba:

Administrative responsibility for a distributed education consortium that delivers university and college courses on behalf of Manitoba post-secondary education institutions through sixteen centers located in rural Manitoba and Saskatchewan.

Concurrent contract activity:

· DACUM analysis in support of Postgraduate nursing program.

· Development of Graduate Teacher Education course for Brandon University, Department of Teacher Education.

Assiniboine Community College, Brandon, MB, — Sept. 2006-Dec. 2006

eLearning and Research Specialist:

Conducted institutional research in support of new College programs. Facilitated faculty development, specializing in the use of web-based tools for teaching and learning.

Assiniboine Community College — 1997-2006

Instructor:
Development of curriculum and delivery of vocational training programs.
Development and maintenance of the program web page for computer mediated classroom learning.
Design and supervision of lab projects and learning activities.
Other duties included the purchasing and maintenance of equipment and materials, maintenance of labs and classroom, managing capital and operating budgets for the program.

Contract Activity:

· Contract delivery courses in a Certificate of Adult Education, the basic credential for college instructors.

Contract development of World Bank sponsored, vocational training programs for the Romanian government through the Association of Canadian Community Colleges.

Ochapowace Economic Development, Broadview, SK — 1995-1997

Program Coordinator:
Development and delivery of applied, consultative training in conjunction with the day-to-day operations of First Nations economic development initiative.
Liaison with First Nations Education Authority and Economic Development office.
Participated in comprehensive review of the Southeast Saskatchewan Regional College.
